I had to write a blog about him.
I HAD TO.
. He was lucky enough to teach me the whole year.(;
I gave this man the hardest time ever
& he some how didn't pull out all his hair..oh wait.. never mind.
anyway!
Here's to the man who is the greatest teacher on planet Earth.
I know I speak on behalf of all our class when I say..
that along the Journey he became a friend, a fatherly figure, and a guidance counselor.
With his perfect impersonations & reenactments he also became, Obama, George Bush, Hitler, Asians, Forest Gump, George Washington, Coach Diamont, Richard Nixon, and many more important men in American History.
Also, at times he was a patrol officer attempting to stop our Ap class from beheading each other.
And other times he even let himself be a punching bag when we needed to relief stress/ high school drama.
Any person he needed us to remember, any person we needed at the time for our well-being, he became that.
He loves what he does & he loves his students..
He displayed how much he cared about every single one of us from the moment we walked in that very first day, to the day we existed through the door on the last day,
It showed when he remixed songs and played them on his guitar to help us remember the material before our test.
When he tutored us for 10 hours and ate breakfast with us the morning of our exam. When he didn't get annoyed when we asked a million question, or acted like he didn't at least.
When the day before prom he gave us his house number just in case anything went wrong. We could call him and he would come get us no matter the hour.
It showed all the times he asked us how we were doing and genuinely wanted to know, when he repeatedly reminded us to have confidence in ourselves.
When he prayed with us, when he said "Be Courageous" . When we knew we could come to him for anything not just school related stuff but anything. Seriously, anything.
I see Jesus in him.
& I hope he knows how well he represents the Lord as a Christian man.
Everyone says his class is the best... & I got the honor to experience it myself.
P.s.Even if I did give him a hard time & even though he pulled a cruel joke on me... him & I... we're like peas and carrots.
Next stop. AP WORLD (:
